Fantastic The Chosen “8” Omakase dinner at Mira hotel! Do like the first course very much, which is Hokkaido Murasaki Uni served in its own shell. It was stuffed with lobster consommé jelly with Caviar in the top. What a savoury dish with rich taste of uni and caviar! Other dishes such as Waygu beef are also fabulous. Have to add that the 2016 Markus Molitor Riesling paired foie gras so well. The wine paring flights of 4 glasses only costs additional $340 is really a great deal!
